Questions about the trustee service
How does the trustee service work?
Once you have arranged a date with your escort and it has been confirmed, you can give the financial matters directly in our hands. The only requirement is that you and your escort have agreed on this. The following steps are required to use our trustee service:
1. Specify details & transfer amount
Using the payment link above, you can make the transfer easily and quickly via PayPal or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment details after submitting the form.
2. Feedback & enjoy the date
After receipt of the amount on our business account, we will inform you and your escort immediately by e-mail. You can then look forward to a date without any interruptions.
Please remember to book early enough. The date can only take place once the agreed amount has been credited to our account.
Note: Even when using the trustee service, only your escort remains your contractual partner. We will accept the payment for the escort.
What payment options do I have?
We currently only offer our trustee service for payments via PayPal or bank transfer. The integration of additional payment methods is currently in progress. You can easily pay via the payment link provided.
How far in advance must the money be transferred?
The money must be credited to our account at least 3 days before the appointment begins. Only in this case the date with your escort can take place.
If the transferred amount arrives too late, the date with your escort cannot take place. In this case we ask you to find an alternative date within the next 3 weeks. If you cannot find an alternative date, we will transfer the money back to you minus a processing fee of 10% of the total amount.
I have to cancel the appointment at short notice
We recommend that you try to find an alternative date together. This saves everyone involved a lot of effort, time and money. If this is not possible for any reason, the following regulation applies:
The fees for the trustee service also apply if a meeting is interrupted or canceled.
- Travel costs already incurred (booked flight, train tickets, etc.) cannot be refunded.
- in the case of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the appointment, 20% of the amount will be retained and refunded to the escort as compensation. You will also incur an additional processing fee of 10% of the total amount, which will be retained by us. The difference will be refunded to you.
- if the appointment is canceled more than 48 hours before the start of the appointment, the appointment can be made up within 4 weeks, depending on the availability of the escort. The deposit will be credited in this case. If you cannot find an alternative date, we will retain 20% of the total amount as a processing fee. The difference will be refunded to you.
What happens if my escort has to cancel at short notice?
We recommend that you try to find an alternative date together. This saves everyone involved a lot of effort, time and money. If this is not possible for any reason, we will transfer the full amount back to you.
Can I transfer just a deposit?
No. If you and your escort have decided to use Escort You, full payment is required in advance.
