I. AGB Website Escort You
- Content of the website or advertising platform
This website is an advertising platform that gives self-employed persons (hereinafter: escorts) the opportunity to advertise their escort service with the help of an advertising profile. Potentially interested persons (visitors to the website) can contact the escort and make use of the escort service offered.
- Scope of services
The contact for booking the escort service is made by interested persons via the platform and takes place directly between the escort and the interested person. The process of contacting us does not constitute a binding booking. Once the interested person and the escort have agreed on the details of the booking or the escort service, there is a contractual relationship between the escort and the interested person and not between the website operator and the interested person. The service to be provided by the escort is not part of the website operator’s contract.
- Trustee service
The website operator offers trustee service which can be used via a form on the website. In the event that escorts and interested persons decide to use this service, the contractual conditions for trusteeship listed in Section IV also apply. Interested parties can only make use of the trustee service if the escort has listed the use of this on the advertising profile in its booking rules.

- Disclaimer of the advertising platform
The advertising profiles for an escort service shown on the website are advertised by self-employed, independent persons. The website operator assumes no responsibility or guarantee for the accuracy of the content of the profiles. The data and information were provided by the company and published by the website operator. Liability for damages resulting from legal infringements caused by the transmitted and processed data is rejected.
The website operator assumes no liability for the actions or possible legal violations of the companion. Likewise, the operator assumes no liability for the fulfillment of the contractual components between the escort and interested parties and no guarantee of the quality of the services provided. II. AGB Interested person and escort
A booking request by an interested person (client) constitutes an offer. Once the details have been agreed and the request has been accepted by the escort, a binding contract is concluded between the interested person and the escort. The agreements made may deviate from the conditions listed here.
- Fees
The fee is based on the previously agreed time expenditure, not on services. The scale of the fee is shown on the escort’s advertising profile and varies. In addition to the agreed fee, all costs incurred during the meeting (e.g. restaurant visits, admission tickets, hotel etc.) are to be borne by interested parties. Additional costs may be incurred in the form of travel expenses if the booking is made outside of the escort’s place of residence. If the travel costs for a desired meeting point are not listed on the advertising profile, these should be requested in advance.
- Fee handover
The options for the transfer of fees are defined by the escort in its advertising profile and must be taken into account by interested persons. The escort can choose between the following options:
- Fees are handed over by interested persons personally on site to the escort. The fee is handed over discreetly at the beginning of the meeting in an envelope in the form of euro banknotes. Credit cards or foreign currencies are not accepted.
- Fees are transferred by interested parties via the trustee service of the website operator. The trustee contractual conditions listed in Section IV also apply to the use of the service. The meeting can only take place if the amount (fee, travel expenses and service fees) has been transferred to the trustee business account in good time before the start of the appointment.
- Booking rules
Each escort has individual booking rules listed on their advertising profile. There, interested persons can find out about specific rules for making a booking. The agreements made between the escort and the interested person after contact has been established may deviate from the booking rules by mutual agreement.
- General terms and conditions of cancellation
Any booking can be canceled without giving reasons. Cancellation must be made in text form. Travel costs already incurred will not be reimbursed. Deposits as confirmation of reservation are also non-refundable. If the appointment is made up within 4 weeks (depending on the availability of the escort), the deposit will be credited. If the appointment is not made up within this period, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of last-minute cancelations less than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting, the deposit will be retained as compensation for expenses. In the event of non-appearance of interested parties (client), 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.
If the guide has to cancel the meeting at short notice (e.g. due to illness), the deposit will be refunded to the interested party if no alternative date can be found.
- Satisfaction guarantee
The satisfaction guarantee only applies when booking escort gentlemen (callboy).
- Privacy
The escort may only respond to requests. The request for unilateral contact by interested persons must be complied with.
III. AGB Advertiser
Part of the contract between advertiser and website operator
The website operator (contractor) is commissioned by the advertiser (client) to create an advertising profile on https://www.escort-you.com after a successful casting. For the creation of the advertising profile, advertisers are charged the costs indicated on the casting page. These may vary and, in the case of time-limited offers, may not apply at all. In the contractual relationship with interested persons, the term “escort” is chosen for advertisers. In the contractual relationship with the website operator, the term advertiser.
- Paid models for advertising the services
Before the website operator creates the advertising profile, advertisers have the option of choosing between two fee-based advertising models:
- Payment of a profit contribution for each booking made
With this model, advertisers are obliged to pay a success fee of €75 to the website operator following a successful meeting between an escort and an interested party. The amount of the success fee is independent of the booking duration and the agreed fee for the meeting between the escort and the interested party.
All bookings for which the initial contact with interested parties was made via the advertising platform are subject to a success fee. The obligation to pay the success fee continues to apply to all subsequent bookings by interested parties who made initial contact with the company via the advertising platform. This obligation remains in force even if the subsequent booking is made without an official request via the advertising platform.
The success fee must be transferred to the website operator’s bank account within 5 days of the meeting.
- Payment per profile (flat rate)
With this model, advertisers pay a lump sum to the website operator. The advertiser’s advertising profile is available on the website for the selected contract period. The website operator reserves the right to use different fee models for individual advertisers.
The advertising fee must be paid before the advertising profile is created. The contract is deemed to have been concluded as soon as the escort has transferred the advertising fee. The term of the selected contract period only begins as soon as the profile has been created on the website. The contract ends at the end of the contract period. No notice of termination is required.
There is no refund option after transferring the advertising fee. If the contract is terminated before the end of the contract period, there is also no right to a refund of the advertising fee.
- Trustee service
The website operator offers the option of providing trustee services. In addition to the terms of use, the trustee contractual conditions in Section IV apply to the utilization.
- Cancellation
Advertisers are entitled to terminate the contract at any time in writing, by e-mail or SMS without stating reasons. Upon termination of the contract, the data stored for the provision of the advertising profile will be irrevocably deleted. Reimbursement of advertising costs is not possible before the end of the agreed contract period.
The operator reserves the right to terminate the existing contractual relationship with immediate effect in the event of a breach of the terms of use or unlawful acts. Reimbursement of advertising costs already paid is excluded.
- Availability of the service
The website operator endeavors to ensure the proper operation of the website. Permanent availability of the website cannot be guaranteed. The website operator is not liable for technical delays/disruptions or failures. The website may be temporarily unavailable while maintenance work is being carried out. Claims for compensation are excluded.
- Transfer of rights
The operator reserves the right to process and optimize the data provided by advertisers to create the advertising profile.
By submitting the data, advertisers transfer to the operator the right to use the information for publication on the advertising platform and on other portals used by the operator (e.g. social media). The right of use can be revoked at any time and ends automatically upon termination of the contractual relationship between the advertiser and the website operator. The operator will delete the data within a reasonable period of time.
Advertisers assure that they have the rights to publish and edit the data transmitted and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties.
- Performance fulfillment
The website operator is entitled to commission third parties to provide the services of the advertising portal.
- Interviews
Advertisers are not permitted to give interviews about their activities without the consent of the operator. Any violation will result in legal consequences and immediate exclusion from the website.
- Legal obligations of advertisers
The website operator draws advertisers’ attention to the rights and obligations arising for them under the Prostitution Protection Act 2017. Accordingly, the activity must be registered by the advertiser. Advertisers must also attend a general information and consultation meeting as well as regular health consultations. Advertisers inform themselves independently about changes and other rights and obligations.
IV. Additional AGB Trustee Service
The trustee service is an additional service provided by the website operator (trustee) and can be selected voluntarily. It does not replace the contractual relationship between the escort and the interested party. The website operator (contractor) is commissioned by the advertiser (client) to receive the remuneration due and to transfer it after the service has been provided. The website operator only enters into a contractual relationship with advertisers.
- Scope of services
The trustee service comprises the administration of funds that are to be paid to the escort by the interested person in the event of a contractual relationship between the escort and the interested person. This may involve advance payments, travel expenses and/or the fee.
Interested persons can make use of the services after confirming their booking and consulting with the escort using a form on the website. The amount agreed with the escort must be credited to the trustee business account in good time before the start of the appointment so that a meeting can take place.
Once the money has been received, the trustee informs the interested party and the escort that the payment has been successfully transferred.
The trustee manages the money and transfers the agreed amount to the previously communicated bank account after the meeting has taken place. The trustee contractual relationship ends when the money is credited to the bank account of the escort.
- Costs
The fees for the trustee service are to be paid by advertisers and interested persons. The amount is 8% of the remuneration agreed between the interested person and the escort. The costs of the fees are divided as follows: Advertisers pay 4%, interested persons pay 4%. The service fees are to be paid in addition to the fee, travel expenses and other costs arising from the contractual relationship between the escort and the interested person.
- Payment methods
Advertisers can transfer the amount of money to the trustee by bank transfer. As a rule, the trustee retains the fees for the service and transfers the difference to the advertiser. Interested persons pay the amount directly with the transfer of the remuneration for advertisers.
- Due date of payment
The amount to be held in trust must be credited to the trust account at least 3 days before the start of the meeting so that the appointment with the escort can take place.
- Late payments
If the amount transferred by interested parties arrives late, the meeting with the escort cannot take place. In this case, an alternative date must be found with the escort within 3 weeks. A return transfer is only possible if no alternative date can be found. In this case, an additional processing fee of 10% of the total amount will be retained by the trustee.
Late receipt of payment less than 48 hours before the start of the meeting is equivalent to cancellation. The cancellation conditions stated in II.4 apply.
- Refund in the event of termination or cancellation of the meeting
The fees for the trustee service are payable by the advertiser and interested parties even if a meeting is canceled or canceled.
IV.1 Additional contractual component between website operator and escort
- Payments
The managed money due to the escort will be transferred by the trustee to the bank account previously communicated within 3 days after confirmation and conclusion of the meeting. The advertising fee and the fees for the trustee service are retained by the website operator and the difference is transferred.
- Additional conditions for escort gentlemen
The escort gentleman must inform the trustee immediately if interested parties wish to make use of the satisfaction guarantee given by him. The compensation amount is either transferred back to the interested party by the operator or refunded by the escort on site. The fees for the trustee service remain and are to be paid by the escort gentlemen as compensation for expenses.
